Mgr. Jan Křivánek
Mgr Jan Křivánek graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (1999). He started his legal practice working as a solicitor`s clerk in Pilsen. After passing his bar exams in 2002 he worked in a solicitor`s office - Šmehlík, Křivánek. JUDr Jaroslav Tomášek, who became a member of the bar association on 01.01.2007, joined the office to form Křivánek, Šmehlík, Tomášek Solicitors.
Since 1.4.2010 Mgr Jan Křivánek has been working with JUDr. Jaroslav Tomášek, and they started their own office - Křivánek, Tomášek Solicitors. Due to the growth of activities of the office, Mgr Jan Křivánek became a partner in this limited liability company on 1.1.2011.
Mgr Jan Křivánek specialises, in particular, in contractual commercial law, commercial companies, insolvency law, representation in legal and other proceedings, real estate law.
JUDr. Jaroslav Tomášek, LL.M.
JUDr Jaroslav Tomášek graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague (1997). He passed his doctorate (JUDr) at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 2002.
After completing his master´s degree programme JUDr Jaroslav Tomášek started his legal practice at first in the solicitor`s office Horák – Tomášek in Pilsen and then as a sole lawyer.
On 01.01.2007 JUDr Jaroslav Tomášek became a member of the solicitor`s office Křivánek, Šmehlík, Tomášek, since 01.04.2010 then of the solicitor´s office Křivánek, Tomášek Solicitors.
Due to the development of their solicitor`s office, JUDr. Jaroslav Tomášek became a partner in the limited liability company on 01.01.2011.
JUDr Jaroslav Tomášek specialises, in particular, in contractual commercial law, commercial companies, insolvency law, labour law and bill of exchange law.
